Malcolm Morton

Malcolm works for a range of international and UK clients.

Before joining Quiller, Malcolm worked as parliamentary aide to David Rutley MP. He assisted with David’s work on the Treasury Select Committee, and latterly in his capacity as Parliamentary Private Secretary to Damian Green MP, the Minister of State for Immigration in the Home Office.

Before the 2010 General Election, Malcolm served as policy researcher to Mark Harper MP in his role as Shadow Work and Pensions Minister.

Malcolm brings a good understanding of how Parliament functions and of the Westminster Conservative Party network to his client support work.

Malcolm has a BA in Politics from York University.
